PLEASE READ THESE DETAILS BEFORE REGISTERING FOR GENDER DOUBLES (Open Age & 50+):

1. Combine Ratings: Add your rating and your partner’s rating together.

Example: If your rating is 3.65 and your partner’s rating is 3.3, their combined rating is 6.95.

2. Determine Bracket: Based on the total rating:

- If the combined rating is under 7, you register for the DUPR 7 bracket.

- If the combined rating is 7 or higher, you would register for a higher bracket, depending on the total rating.

3. No Rating Scenario: Only one player on your MiLP team can have a NR rating. In order to calculate the team rating the NR player will be assigned a rating based on the division (DUPR 14 = 3.5, DUPR 16 = 4.0, DUPR 18 = 4.5, DUPR 20 = 5.0) they sign up for and that rating will be used to determine their bracket for the doubles portion on Friday/Saturday. Please register for the bracket that best fits your current team skill level and contact the tournament director (max@pickleballcharlestonsc.com) if you have any questions.

DUPR 6 = Avg rating between 2.0-3.0. DUPR 7 = Avg rating between 3.0-3.5. DUPR 8 = Avg rating between 3.5-4.0. DUPR 9 = Avg rating between 4.0-4.5. DUPR 10 = Avg rating between 4.5-5.0. DUPR 11 = Avg rating between 5.0-5.5.
